Listerr is an online marketplace where you can connect to all the stores nearby your area. And also you can start your own digital store at the marketplace. Here is complete process is shown from order placement to dispatch. See how it happens!

लिस्टर एक ऑनलाइन लोकल मार्केटप्लेस हैं, जहाँ पर आप अपने सभी नजदीकी स्टोर से डिजिटल माध्यम से कनेक्ट हो सकते हो और आर्डर बुक कर सकते हैं | और इसके साथ आप अपना खुदका डिजिटल स्टोर भी शुरू कर सकते हैं | जानिये लिस्टर एप से कैसे आर्डर से लेकर डिलीवरी तक के कार्य कितनी आसानी और तेज़ी से होते हैं :

Step 1 : Firstly order is placed by a user directly to store. Listerr provide a medium of interaction that’s is calling feature, so that you can directly connect to store via call. So user can connect with store and confirm the order while the store owner is approving the order.

स्टेप 1 : सबसे पहले यूजर एप से आर्डर लिस्ट सीधे स्टोर को भेजता हैं. और इस समय यूजर का आर्डर लिस्ट स्टोर के यहाँ अप्रूवल यानी रजामंदी की प्रतीक्षा करता हैं | लिस्टर एप यूजर को स्टोर से सीधे जुड़ने के लिए एक कॉल करने का फीचर भी देता हैं, जिससे आप स्टोर को आर्डर भेजने के बाद सीधे बात कर सकते हैं |

Step 2 : Here order is on status of Approval, So store will approve and finalise the amount and confirm the order.

स्टेप 2 : अब स्टोर यूजर द्वारा भेजे गए आर्डर को अप्रूव करता हैं और आर्डर का पूरी राशि साझा करता हैं |

Step 3 :After this, Store will pack your order and pick option of delivery among two option: 1.Self pick up , 2. Listerr Go. If Store has picked the Self pick up then user have to collect that order from store address, while through Listerr Go order will be deliver at your place.

स्टेप 3 : इसके बाद स्टोर यूजर का आर्डर पैक करके डिलीवरी के तरीके का चुनाव करता हैं : इसके लिए दो तरीको में से उसे एक चुनना होता हैं | पहला “सेल्फ पिक अप” और दूसरा “होम डिलीवरी”. अगर स्टोर पहला विकल्प यानी सेल्फ पिक अप चुनता हैं तो इसका मतलब आर्डर लिस्ट यूजर को स्टोर के यहाँ से खुद प्राप्त करनी होती हैं | वही अगर वो दूसरा विकल्प चुनता हैं यानी होम डिलीवरी तो यूजर को उसका आर्डर लिस्ट घर पर लिस्टर गो के माध्यम से पहुच जाता हैं |

Step 4 : Now our delivery services Listerr Go will pick up the order from store owner and will deliver it at user’s shipping place within few hours of order.

स्टेप 4 : अगर होम डिलीवरी का विकल्प चुना गया तब लिस्टर की डिलीवरी सर्विस लिस्टर गो यूजर का आर्डर स्टोर से लेकर यूजर के बताये गए पते पर शीघ्र ही कुछ घंटो में डिलीवर कर देती हैं |

Step 5 : Here delivery service person will ask user to complete the payment if order is on POD mode, and delivery service will also ask user to pay a service fees.

स्टेप 5 : अब डिलीवरी देने वाला व्यक्ति यूजर से राशी का भुगतान कराता हैं अगर आर्डर पेमेंट ओन डिलीवरी मोड पर हैं और साथ ही वह यूजर से डिलीवरी सर्विस राशि का भी भुगतान करता हैं |

Step 6 : Here user order is delivered.

स्टेप 6 : और इस तरह यूजर का आर्डर डिलीवर हो जाता हैं |
